Animal Vision support
The quickest way to write is from the app: Settings, then Email support. It adds your app version, platform and language to the email, and you can delete them.

Is this really how my dog or cat sees?
No. Animal vision can't be reproduced exactly on a phone, so every lens is a simulation built from published research. Each lens has a badge, from Measured to Stylised, and What's real here lists which parts are science and which are embellished.
What's free?
Human, Dog, Cat, Horse, Snake, Deer, Rabbit and Mouse are free for good. Each locked lens gives one free 5-second look a day; after that you can choose to watch an ad to use it for 60 seconds, up to 10 times a day. Free users also see a full-screen ad about every fifth lens change. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it unlocks all 30 lenses and removes ads and daily limits.
I bought Pro. How do I get it on a new phone?
Open Settings (the gear on the camera screen) and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought Pro with.
How do I report an ad?
In Settings, tap Report an ad. It starts an email to support; please add a screenshot and say which animal lens was on.
